I am trying to send the email but it is not working.
Below are some pictures
Notice the pencil edit icon
Then I click on the campaign. Because that is the one I want to send.
Then it asks me if I am finished (see second picture)
Then all of a sudden it says that someone has to approve first. (see third picture)
So I cannot send it. Why?
